Master Bath Renovation – Week 9

Things continue to progress with the master bathroom project.  Slowly.  But it’s progress nonetheless.

I think we’re nearing the end.

Only a few more weeks.  But didn’t I say that a few weeks ago?!  Oh well. Hopefully only a few more weeks.

Our windows are stuck in a truckers strike. Seriously.

So we are waiting for the windows. Because they can’t put trim up until the windows are installed. And they can’t paint the bathroom until the trim is installed….I think you get the point.

But we have some forward progress and it’s pretty exciting.

Countertops got installed.  Bathroom faucets too.

I love the handles!

The shower fixtures were {mostly} installed. A tile cracked so now that the tile is fixed, they can come finish the plumbing fixtures.

And quartz was put on the shower seat and ‘curb’ going into the shower.

Quartz was also put around the tub.

As you can see, we’re nearing the finish line!!

I have some friends coming to town mid July and the contractor tells me we SHOULD be done by then!

I hope….

Master Bath Renovation – week 6

Here we are, six weeks into the bathroom renovation.  This week, things really started coming together because…

…our tile was installed!

I love seeing a vision come to life. Something that was once on paper, slowly installed and creating a real life visual.

Pretty exciting.

I’m just going to dive right into the pictures. Because that’s what everyone wants to see, right?!

You may have seen this one on instagram…

our floors!
